Cordelia is a compassionate and dedicated osteopath who firmly believes in the power of collaborative care. With a deep commitment to her patients' well-being, she works closely with them to design personalized rehabilitation and treatment plans that not only address their immediate needs but also promote long-lasting results. Cordelia’s approach is patient-centered, encouraging active involvement throughout the recovery process to help individuals achieve their goals faster. Cordelia wants to see you regain confidence and independence- whether its back to your hobbies and everyday life, back to work, or back to the playing field, Cordelia strives to help her patients reach their goals. Cordelia wants every step of your journey to feel like a team effort- she never wants her patients to feel like they’re going at it alone, but she also wants to provide you with the tools and education to help you prevent future issues by yourself.

In her spare time

In her spare time, you’ll likely find Cordelia watching the AFL (she’s an avid Richmond supporter!), spending time at the local park with her terrier, or curled up by the fire with a good book. She is also a lover of all things live-music- you’ll find her in the mosh pit every time!

Continuing Education & Growth

Cordelia is currently undertaking an Honours research year, investigating how to increase the safety and efficacy of spinal HVLA (cracking), she hopes her research will help inform future students to achieve safer techniques faster when first learning HVLA..
