Her Approach
Cordelia is a compassionate and dedicated osteopath who firmly believes in the power of collaborative care. With a deep commitment to her patients’ well-being, she works closely with them to design personalised rehabilitation and treatment plans that not only address their immediate needs but also promote long-lasting results. Cordelia’s approach is patient-centered, encouraging active involvement throughout the recovery process to help individuals achieve their goals faster. Cordelia wants to see you regain confidence and independence- whether it’s back to your hobbies and everyday life, back to work, or back to the playing field.

Cordelia wants every step of your journey to feel like a team effort- she never wants her patients to feel like they’re going at it alone, but she also wants to provide you with the tools and education to help you prevent future issues by yourself.

In her spare time
In her spare time, you’ll likely find Cordelia watching the AFL (she’s an avid Richmond supporter!), spending time at the local park with her terrier, or curled up by the fire with a good book. She is also a lover of all things live-music- you’ll find her in the mosh pit every time!

Continuing Education & Growth
Cordelia completed an Honours research year in in 2025 in which she received honours first class and was awarded the Medibank Health and Biomedical Sciences Honours prize for achieving the highest score in the entire 2025 STEM cohort- go Cords! Her research investigated how to increase the safety and efficacy of spinal HVLA (cracking), and she hopes this will help inform future students on how to achieve safer techniques faster when first learning HVLA. For 2026, she’s continuing her research journey by publishing two papers on HVLA, as well as one paper about falls prevention in older adults.
