Our approach to TAC recovery
We don’t just treat symptoms — we work with you to understand the full picture and support your recovery for the long term.
Biopsychosocial Care
We understand that pain and injury are influenced by more than just the physical. We take your biology, psychology, and social context into account to build a genuinely effective recovery plan.
Chronic Pain Expertise
Whether your injury is recent or has persisted for months, our osteopaths have experience guiding patients through complex, long-term pain presentations with patience and evidence-based care.
Hands-On Treatment
Soft tissue therapy, joint mobilisation, manipulation, and targeted massage to ease pain, restore movement, and get you functioning again.
Exercise & Rehabilitation
Tailored exercise programs to rebuild strength, flexibility, and confidence — designed around your injury, lifestyle, and goals.
Education & Self-Management
We empower you with the knowledge and tools to manage your own recovery — reducing reliance on ongoing passive treatment and building lasting resilience.
Compassionate & Experienced
Helping the local community recover from pain and injury since 2015. You’re not just a claim number — we listen, we explain, and we genuinely care about your outcome.
Important: Concurrent Treatment with Other Allied Health Providers
The TAC is unlikely to approve concurrent treatment from more than one allied health provider for the same injury — for example, seeing both an osteopath and a physiotherapist (or chiropractor) at the same time. If you are already receiving treatment under TAC from another provider, it’s worth discussing this with your TAC case manager before booking. We’re happy to assist with any questions.
